Healthy Living starts with Healthy Lifestyle which would have to encompass certain known factors. 

For a Healthy life , one would have to focus on positivity be it in terms of mental or physical or social health . It is imperative to avoid negative thoughts and negative Mindsets which can affect the peace and sanity of your mind and heart and soul . The purpose is to reduce unnecessary stress in life which affects your body due to avoidable thoughts , emotional turmoils, depression etc which in turn leads to psychosomatic disorders which invariably affects your body functions leading to ill health .

A healthy balanced diet based on adequate percentages of Proteins, carbohydrates, water  , fibers Minerals and fat , in that order would build up your Immunity better which would allow you to not only resist infections but also ability to recover better and faster from them .

Physical activity in forms of exercise,  yoga , walks , runs , and at least 30 mins of cardio exercises and if possible exercise would surely keep you fit as a fiddle to not only feel lighter faster better but also maintain physical and mental health and ability to cope up to stress and external insults in forms of infections,  trauma etc

Adequate 8 hours of sleep , plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated , avoiding Junk foods and fries and if possible regular meditation or simply unwinding me time to relax your mind and body would rejuvenate your soul from all the stress due to vagaries of day to day life .

Avoidance of toxins eg smoking alcohol tobacco etc would keep your internal organs in better shape to function better .
