GUT bacteria is associated with homeostasis in body especially GALT and MALT which are Gut and Mucosa associated Lymphoid tissues which has a vital role to play in gut associated immunity , killing of bacteria and also nullifying Toxicity related to various food drug fluid related toxins thereby keeping entry of toxins and infections at bay . Loss of gut endothelial and these defence mechanisms are responsible for short and long term effects on overall immunity and gut presentation of various antigen proteins .
